Happy to walk you through it. MentalQuest works in a few layers. It starts with the free archetype test — a short diagnostic that places you among four Greek archetypes: Ares (the warrior: boundaries and life force), Athena (wisdom: strategic clarity and inner grounding), Artemis (independence: authenticity and self-worth), and Dionysus (spontaneity: creative flow and embodiment). The test itself is free, and the result comes with a profile describing your strengths plus the shadow side to watch for. From there, the guided sessions are the therapeutic techniques you can buy. There are two main kinds: Trial access — a single 18-minute technique called Escaping Chaos, built on somatic breathwork and nervous-system grounding, aimed at acute anxiety, sensory overload and mental chaos. It's 99 UAH, and it comes with a PDF workbook. Deep-dive access — 410 UAH each, and these are longer sessions of roughly 30 to 38 minutes using Jungian and somatic methods. The current ones include Animus Bond (working on father-related wounds, trust and boundaries), Ecological Aggression (suppressed anger and chronic fatigue, through somatic release), Gender Energy Balance (Anima–Animus balancing for relationship conflict), Inner Child Contact (reparenting and emotional safety, for numbness and fear of abandonment), and Self-Confidence Strengthening (cognitive restructuring for imposter syndrome and harsh self-criticism). Each of these also has its own workbook. There's also a guided meditation, the Archetype Activation Meditation, at 410 UAH and about 25 minutes — it uses imagery of the four archetypes and suits a loss of motivation or a life crossroads. Sessions can be taken in different formats: individual somatic work online, an individual Jungian session in Khmelnytskyi, a group somatic cohort in Khmelnytskyi, or an archetype integration debrief online.
